About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care working four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday managing 60% hematology and 40% oncology patients. Clinical responsibilities include managing 1:2 call coverage with approximately 2-3 calls per week from emergency room or hospitalist physicians for patient care guidance. Call responsibilities can be managed remotely with no expectation to return to the hospital. Documentation must be maintained through Meditech EMR for hospital systems and Aria EMR for oncology services.
