Warehouse Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities • 3rd shift 7:00pm-5:30pm Sun-Wed • $19/hr + $1.50 shift differential • Act as lead in specific department with ability to flex to other departments as needed • Guide and train current and new employees on guidelines and new/updated procedures • Promote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by example • Help Oversee daily assigned area • Enforce and maintain compliance and high quality standards with new and existing standards Qualifications • Must Submit to a drug test and background check • Able to read, write, and speak English • Bilingual in Spanish is plus • Strong problem- solving and motivational skills • Hand on and solution-oriented with ability to multitask as well as lead in fast paced team environment. • At least 1 year of expeirence in a quality, lead or training role • Dependable and puntual with sharp attention to detail • Physical Requirements • Stand/walk for up to 8-10hours • Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head • Ability to use computer touch screens, scan guns and label printers • Ability to use a pallet and jack/push and roll carts Malone is an EEO. 2000057 To Apply for this Job Click Here
