Job description: Wickcraft Company, Inc. is the leader in prefabricated, modular steel boardwalks designed for parks and recreation areas. Wickcraft is experiencing strong growth and is in immediate need for welders and general fabricators. The ideal candidate will have a trade school degree or equivalent and be proficient in basic metal fabrication techniques and wire feed welding. On-the-job training is available for the right candidate. Schedule : - 2nd shift Monday - Thursday, 4:00p - 2:30a Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities and Experience: • Basic ability to read and understand blueprints • Basic wire feed welding / fabricating knowledge • Ability to use power tools such as bandsaw, chop saw, drill press, hand tools, and forklift • Some wood fabrication is also required • Weekend and/or overtime work most likely available Welder/Fabricator Requirements: • High school or trade school graduate • Welding certification is a plus • Ability to consistently report to work on time • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Strong work ethic • Positive attitude Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
