The Job: As a Set Up Operator, you’ll be part of our Shelbyville Manufacturing team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: • Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment as needed while maintaining proper flow of product to meet service level goals • Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates, exemplifying 6S principals • Ensure all products meet specifications, maintain quality standards of product following quality assurance on FPI • Properly fill out all documentation and labels • Properly handle all scrap, rework, and mixed product • Perform other duties as assigned The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
