Our company continues to deliver record sales led by a talented team and a commitment to “Fun Served Here”.   Production Maintenance is responsible for maintenance and operation of all production plant equipment, systems, buildings, and utilities.        RESPONSIBILITIES:      Install, test, adjust, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot operation systems and components.       Interface with plant Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to track asset material condition and parts inventory.      Work with the Maintenance Supervisor on all projects to ensure they are completed properly and safely.      Troubleshoot, repair, and operate plant automation systems Including but not limited to:      HMI screens      Variable Frequency Drives      Single and three phase motors      PLCs      Servo motors and drives      Analog and digital I/O including 4-20mA and 0-10V control signals      Pressure, flow, temperature, level sensors      AC and DC control systems      Pneumatic control systems      Gearboxes, conveyors, and associated control systems      Serial and Ethernet based communication protocols      Operation of Maintenance equipment (e.g., tools, testing equipment, and meters.)      Perform service calls on production equipment (All equipment needed to run Pre-Pack, Bulk, Cups, Sanitation, and Batching)      Demonstrate the ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and electrical drawings.      Be available for an on-call schedule to include days, nights, and weekends on a rotational basis with other team members if needed.             COMPETENCIES:      To perform this job successfully, the Production Maintenance Tech must be self-motivated, and be a driven leader.
