Description
The Programme Director will lead the design, delivery, and integration of three national-level cybersecurity programmes—CyberCall, CyberBoost, and CyberGrowth—under the CyberSG TIG Collaboration Centre. This role is responsible for programme outcomes, operational execution, team leadership, and strategic alignment with CSA and TIG governance. The Director will ensure a cohesive pipeline from innovation to venture scaling to internationalisation, while building a visible and credible presence for the Centre across ecosystem stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the CyberCall programme to identify demand-led innovation opportunities, formulate challenge statements, manage open calls, and support solution adoption by end-users. Oversee CyberBoost to provide tailored venture support for promising cybersecurity startups, including mentorship, capability building, and founder development. Supervise CyberGrowth to drive the internationalisation and export-readiness of startups, including overseas missions, showcases, and in-market engagement. Ensure cross-programme integration by aligning CyberCall-to-CyberBoost-to-CyberGrowth transitions, jointly planning shared touchpoints, and ensuring synergy with CSA strategic themes. Drive programme reporting and accountability, managing budgets and tracking delivery milestones across the three pillars in compliance with CSA funding frameworks. Lead and develop a high-performing team, including coaching leads and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture. Build external partnerships with end-users, investors, mentors, research institutes, and ecosystem players to strengthen outcomes and programme visibility. Represent TIG Centre at ecosystem events, panels, and national innovation platforms to position the Centre as a trusted convenor and thought leader.  Requirements Minimum 10–12 years of experience in innovation, programme leadership, or tech/venture ecosystem development Strong understanding of cybersecurity, venture acceleration, and public-private innovation models Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional programme teams Experience working with government funding, milestone reporting, and strategic planning Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills Preferred: Knowledge of CSA cybersecurity strategy or prior experience in national innovation programmes Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous Please be informed that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
