• Rate: $270/hour (paid travel, lodging, and malpractice)
• Case Mix: General and OB
• Coverage:
• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Call:
• 16hr Call Shift (3p-7a)
• 24hr Call (7a-7a)

Requirements:
• Certification: NBCRNA
• License: Active Wisconsin upon presentation; IMLC
• Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS
