As a Junior Project Manager , you'll help manage exciting technology projects involving some of the world's largest automated sorting systems—equipment spanning the size of football fields. You'll collaborate with engineers, industry-leading manufacturers, and USPS leadership to bring innovative solutions from concept through nationwide deployment. What You'll Do As part of the USPS Technology Acquisition Management team, you will: Coordinate technical projects from planning through implementation Track schedules, milestones, budgets, and project deliverables Develop and present project status reports and executive briefings Work closely with engineers, vendors, and USPS stakeholders to ensure project success Coordinate equipment delivery, installation schedules, and site readiness across USPS facilities Support pilot implementations and nationwide technology rollouts Assist with developing user training and implementation documentation Monitor project risks and help resolve issues before they impact schedules Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Communicate effectively with technical teams, suppliers, and executive leadership What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized while building relationships with technical teams and customers.
