Maintain project documentation including technical requirements, development specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures. Provide regular status updates and proactive communication on progress, risks, and resolutions. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal creative teams, account managers, and external clients through responsive communication and reliable delivery. Communicate technical concepts and constraints to non-technical stakeholders in clear, accessible language. Track and report on project progress, risks, and key metrics using project management tools (Jira, Workfront, Asana). Provide regular status reports to senior delivery managers and stakeholders. Team Collaboration & Agile Practices Work closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, UX architects, and vendors to drive effective execution and foster collaborative team dynamics.
