Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and leading small-scale operational improvement initiatives.
Supporting enterprise transformation initiatives by tracking milestones, managing risks, and coordinating across multiple functional teams.
Analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into clear, executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
Conducting market and competitive research to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
Developing dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance.
Facilitating working sessions and stakeholder meetings to align teams around key initiatives.
Working cross-functionally with leaders across Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, and Portfolio Companies to drive execution.

Enjoys solving ambiguous business problems using data, structured thinking, and practical execution.
Is comfortable balancing strategy development with hands-on implementation.
Can communicate complex analyses clearly through presentations, storytelling, and executive-ready materials.
Thrives in collaborative environments and can build relationships across multiple teams.
Has a GPA of 3.5 or above.
Is based in or willing to relocate to Dallas for the summer (full-time, five days per week on-site).
