We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded individual to join our IT & Cybersecurity team as an Associate Enterprise Systems Analyst . You’ll play a key role on our team, supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives, as well as system administration. Designed for recent graduates, this role is part of the Momentum Launch Program—a cohort-based early career experience that combines hands-on training, mentorship, and meaningful work to accelerate your professional growth.

As an Associate Enterprise Systems Analyst , your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your typical day might look like:
Assist in the integration, setup, and maintenance of enterprise-level systems to streamline processes & document workflows across the organization.
Provide data-driven insights by leveraging business intelligence tools to support decision-making processes across multiple departments.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
Organize and manage multiple high-priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of key tasks.
Join team meetings to share ideas, align on goals, and contribute to the Enterprise Systems team’s overall strategy.

Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a
