Our long-established, doctor-led private group practice in Vandalia, IL is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative team with strong patient demand and efficient systems. Experienced dentists are strongly preferred , but the practice is open to a 2026 graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and excited to grow in a high-support environment. 🌟 Practice Overview This practice has deep roots in the community and a strong reputation for comprehensive care. The office is built for smooth flow, full schedules, and high-quality outcomes. Practice Snapshot • 11 operatories • 2 Dentists + 4 Hygienists • Eaglesoft practice management software • Strong hygiene/recall systems that consistently feed restorative and comprehensive care • Experienced clinical and administrative support to keep the day moving ⚙️ Clinical & Procedural Focus We’re looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and takes pride in doing quality work efficiently.
