Job Title : Staff Shuttle Driver JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to transport staff smoothly and efficiently between designated locations. This role is essential in ensuring punctual arrivals, safe travel, and a comfortable experience for all passengers. JOB OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES • Safely transport staff between designated locations in accordance with schedules • Ensure punctual departures and arrivals at all times • Plan and manage daily routes efficiently, considering traffic and road conditions • Follow all safety regulations and company driving policies • Respond calmly and appropriately to unexpected situations or delays • Provide a courteous and professional experience for all passengers • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable vehicle environment • Support team operations by ensuring smooth daily transportation Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role. REQUIREMENTS 【Must】 • Experience • Experience driving vehicles safely and responsibly in a professional or daily driving context • Proven ability to operate vehicles punctually and reliably according to schedules • Education and Qualification • Valid working visa in Japan • Valid Driver’s License (Japanese, international, or foreign driver’s license with an official Japanese Translation) • Skills • Strong awareness of road safety and traffic regulations • Ability to drive calmly and safely in both familiar and unfamiliar environments • Attention to detail to ensure smooth and comfortable journeys • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with passengers • Language Skills • Conversational level or above in English • Competencies • High level of punctuality, reliability, and responsibility • Strong commitment to passenger safety and comfort • Cooperative mindset and ability to work as part of a team • Calm and professional response to unexpected situations • Friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward colleagues 【Preferred】 • Experience • Experience driving staff, guests, or groups • Experience driving on unfamiliar routes or in varying road conditions • Education and Qualification • Additional driving-related certifications or training • Skills • Ability to adjust routes flexibly based on traffic or road conditions • Language Skills • Conversational or above in Japanese • Competencies • Positive and proactive approach to work • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment Employment Terms and Condition Contract Period & Renewal • Contract Period: 11/16/2026 - 3/30/2027 • Contract renewal: Applicable • Reason of Renewal: • Employee’s work performance and attitude. • Company’s business demands. Duty, Work Location & Scope of Changes • Duty: may be changed as determined by the company • Initial Work Location: one of the company’s properties in Niseko Area, Rusutsu or Furano, Hokkaido • Scope of changes: company properties in Niseko Area, Rusutsu or Furano. • Training may be conducted at other location. • Employees may be required to work at different properties based on operational needs. • The initial assignment will be determined by the company. Commuting & Workplace policy • Private Vehicle Commuting: Not permitted • Measures to prevent passive smoking: indoor smoking prohibited Working hours, Days off & Overtime • Working hours / Shift schedule: Up to 8 hours between 06:00 to 23:00 • Days off: two days off per week (based on shift schedule) • Overtime: Yes • Monthly Average Overtime Hours: 10 hours per month • 36-Article Agreement (overtime): Applicable (Due to seasonal factors and a high concentration of orders from general customers, periods of increased workload are expected) Salary Package / Benefit • Salary: 1,500 yen / per hour • A 25%-night premium applies to working hours between 22:00 to 23:00 • Subsidized Ski Pass on your location or Recreational Allowance • Social Insurance Available (Health insurance, Employee pension, Employment Insurance, Workers’ accident compensation insurance), if eligible. • Staff Accommodation Available • Company Events
