Job Title:   Learning Architect – Whole-Person Wellness (Faith & Fitness)  Learning Architect – STEM & Aerospace CTE   Learning Architect – Core Knowledge & Foundational Literacy Job Description About Us: The Harvest Micro School project is pioneering a new era of education, breaking away from traditional, rigid schooling models to cultivate the next generation of leaders. Operating across two dynamic campuses (Yuma, serving grades 3-8, and Phoenix, serving grades 6-12), our model utilizes immersive, two-hour instructional blocks. We specialize in cross-age, collaborative learning environments that prepare students for the digital, automated, and aerospace-driven future. The Role: We are seeking visionary, adaptable Learning Architects who reject the status quo. Unlike traditional public school roles confined to a single grade level, our Architects guide a fluid, multi-age span of students through specialized, high-impact two-hour blocks. You won't just manage a classroom; you will facilitate discovery, critical thinking, and real-world application. Available Instructional Tracks: 1. Whole-Person Wellness & Faith:  Facilitating a curriculum aligned with an Oral Roberts philosophy—educating the whole person (spirit, mind, and body). Integrates spiritual wellness, faith-based principles, and physical fitness. 2. STEM & Aerospace CTE:  Driving a cutting-edge pipeline for Arizona's emerging spaceports (Yuma and Sierra Vista). Focus areas include AI, robotics, drone tech, and specialized digital STEM curricula. 3. Core Knowledge & Foundations:  Anchoring students in essential literacy, math, and Earth science using the Core Knowledge framework. This role also supports targeted English Language Learner (ELL/ESL) afternoon acceleration. What You'll Do:  Facilitate learning across a multi-grade band (Grades 3-8 in Yuma OR Grades 8-12 in Phoenix) within dedicated 2-hour instructional blocks.  Manage a rotating room dynamic where different age groups fluidly transition between independent digital modules, collaborative projects, and direct coaching.  Ditch passive lecturing to become a strategic guide in a tech-integrated, high-performance environment.
