Diese Position berichtet an: Production Supervisor __ The work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, Arkansas This position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand. Your role and responsibilities: • Troubleshoot assembly line issues and provide effective solutions to minimize rework. • Coordinate with the area Team Lead and Supervisor to ensure production schedules are met. • Maintain strict adherence to established assembly processes and procedures. • Promote a collaborative and team-oriented work environment focused on customer satisfaction. • Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards and customer requirements. • Efficiently assemble all SKUs within the assigned product line. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications for the role: • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Ability to learn, understand and follow company requirements for employee safety, product quality and productivity. • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
