You will be a technical leader within our engineering team, driving architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of clean, secure, and maintainable code .     What   you’ll   do   Deliver high-quality, clean, and maintainable code as a self-directed contributor, driving features and bug resolutions to ensure successful team sprints.   Architect and make critical implementation design decisions for new backend features and components.   Develop proactive contingency plans to mitigate technical risks in high-impact, critical projects.   Analyze technical requirements and design specifications alongside the team to accurately estimate  level  of effort (LOE) and complexity.   Author comprehensive, clear technical documentation for new features to  facilitate  seamless knowledge sharing among peers.   Design, write, and execute robust unit and integration tests to guarantee high code coverage and system reliability.   Participate in an on-call rotation to promptly  monitor , troubleshoot, and resolve production system incidents.   Conduct thorough peer code reviews, ensuring the team upholds code quality, architectur
