You will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, driving the end-to-end design process from conceptualization to execution. In this role, you will champion user-centric design methodologies, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to transform complex workflows into intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences .     What  you’ll  do   Develop and deliver designs from  initial  concepts and wireframes to pixel-perfect final designs.   Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to shape a wide range of digital experiences .   Partner with the Studio team, product management, and stakeholders to support launches, new initiatives, and ongoing site enhancements .   Champion responsive, web-first, user- centered  design principles across all screen sizes .   Design experiences for global audiences, considering localization and translation needs .   Inspire and push the team to continually raise the bar and deliver world-class experiences .   Present design concepts and clearly articulate the design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership .   Contribute to and help evolve a best-in-class design system .   Collaborate with the Brand team and other web design teams to ensure cohesive brand integration across digital experiences .   Work closely with the research team to understand user needs and validate design decisions before and after development .   Create interactive prototypes and micro-animations that effectively communicate design intent and enhance user engagement
