This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a senior product designer who can independently own design work from early exploration through prototyping, validation, and iteration. The role is not focused on people leadership or high-level design strategy.
The ideal candidate is comfortable designing for technical and partner-facing audiences, working within an established design system, and using AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping and design exploration.
Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical systems and partner workflows into usable product experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interaction designs, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Work hands-on in Figma throughout the design process.
• Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Design within an established design system and follow existing component and interaction standards.
• Plan or support usability testing and apply findings to design iterations.
• Support A/B testing by creating design variants and incorporating experiment results.
• Take ownership of assigned design work with limited oversight.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to design complex, technical, or partner-facing product workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant product UX design work.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from the beginning of the engagement.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, or HR technology.
• Experience designing developer-facing or API-facing products.
• Experience designing for two-sided marketplace platforms.
• Experience with job seeker and employer marketplace products.
• Experience applying WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
