Description
The 12-Month Residency is a paid program designed for formally-trained ministry students who are eager to develop the personal and professional skills which will help them thrive in the church workplace for the long run.  Residents will apply for an area of ministry where they will spend the bulk of their time apprenticing with church staff. Along with hands-on ministry training, residents will also experience personal and leadership coaching, as well as ongoing biblical training as needed.
