We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team. This role is a 1099 position, with an offering of a 10% commission on all sales and a monthly retainer of $1000 for 120 hours per month. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for the sale of our wide range of products which include Solar Energy Panels, Lithium Batteries, Inverters, Cables, Complete Solar Systems, Solar Power Systems, Off Grid Solar Systems, On Grid Solar Systems. Responsibilities Generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed sales goals. Provide accurate and comprehensive information to potential customers about our products and services. Manage sales cycles ranging from 3 to 6 weeks. Maintain a strong understanding of the alternative energy industry and our product offerings. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the alternative energy industry. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities. Willingness to work on a commission-based structure.
