If you are an experienced Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Therapist who is looking for an exciting career move where CPD and professional supervision is taken seriously, then this could be the role you are looking for. As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service across all disciplines and coach and mentor the team alongside supervision. Supported by lead nurses and your professional team of OTs, Physios and Speech and Language therapists, you will ensure that the needs of my client’s residents are met at a consistently high standard. If you have a good understanding of working with families and excellent communication between all parties involved in an individuals’ care, along with a desire to ensure the best outcomes for people receiving care and treatment, then this could be the role for you.
