September Start
Let's hear it for the people who somehow know where everything is.
The glue sticks.
The missing jumper.
The child who "definitely wasn't talking."
Sound familiar?
If you've worked in a primary classroom before, you'll know that being a Teaching Assistant is about so much more than supporting lessons. You're the calm voice, the friendly face, the problem solver, and often the reason a child finishes the day with a smile.
Schools across Sheffield and Barnsley are looking for brilliant Teaching Assistants to join their teams this September, and we'd love to help you find a role where you're valued from day one.
Whether you're experienced, looking for your next challenge, or ready to take the next step in your education career, we'll match you with a school that's the right fit for you.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed.
• Helping children grow in confidence, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
We're looking for someone who
• Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Brings patience, enthusiasm and a positive attitude every day.
• Is flexible, reliable and ready to make a real difference.
What you'll receive
• Competitive daily pay of £92.63 to £100, depending on experience.
• Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies.
• FREE access to our online CPD Academy.
• Personalised support from your dedicated local consultant.
• Opportunities across mainstream, SEND and alternative provisions.
• Streamlined registration and local placements.
• A referral scheme where you can earn rewards for recommending friends.
You bring the patience.
We'll bring the opportunities.
