Overview:
We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator who brings ownership, judgment, and pride to the details that shape how our employees, candidates, vendors, and visitors experience the company.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role at the center of our office operations. You’ll help keep the workplace running smoothly, create moments that make people feel supported and welcomed, and become one of the go-to people employees trust to get things done.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who has the instincts of a future high performer: highly organized, proactive, resourceful, energized by people, and motivated by making every detail better than it has to be.
What you'll do:
- Daily office operations and facility readiness: Ensuring the physical workspace is clean, stocked, and functional throughout the day, responding to real-time employee needs, and maintaining a consistent standard of environment across all common areas
- Vendor and facilities oversight: Acting as the primary liaison between the office and external service providers, proactively managing supply levels, and escalating building or maintenance issues to resolution
- Guest and candidate experience management: Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors, creating a professional and welcoming impression that reflects the company's culture and standards
- Administrative reporting and budget management: Owning expense processing, budget tracking, and recurring reporting to leadership, maintaining visibility into office spend and operational performance
Who you are
- Exceptionally organized: you can manage multiple competing priorities without letting things slip through the cracks.
- Proactive and ownership-driven: you see what needs to be done, take initiative, and follow through without waiting to be asked.
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented: you stay calm when things are ambiguous, solve problems creatively, and find a path forward.
- A strong communicator: you keep the right people informed, communicate clearly, and know when to ask questions or escalate.
- Detail-oriented with high standards: you notice what others miss, take pride in getting things right, and care about the quality of every detail.
- Warm and professional: you represent Credit Genie well to every employee, candidate, vendor, and visitor who walks through the door.
- Comfortable with technology: you can use tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and basic office systems, and you learn new systems quickly.
- Discreet and trustworthy: you handle confidential employee and company information with sound judgment and care.
- High-potential and eager to grow: you may be early in your career, but you bring curiosity, humility, strong judgment, and a desire to build something excellent.
Requirements
- Ownership mentality: Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks. Notices what needs to be done, follows through without being chased, and treats the office experience as something they personally own.
- High agency and resourcefulness: Finds ways t
