THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a highly skilled Workday System Admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Workday system in different modules, including business process definitions, securities, advanced compensation, reporting, and security configurations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Workday system. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally this role will require excellent communication skills and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH - Define and manage business processes within Workday to ensure they meet organizational needs. - Evaluating and adapting Workday bi-annual feature release. - Oversee advanced compensation processes, including merit cycles, bonus plans, and equity plans. - Manage position management processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of job requisitions, position changes, and organizational hierarchies. - Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Configure and manage security roles and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements. - Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of Workday. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - 3+ years of experience working with Workday, specifically in business process definitions, advanced compensation, position management, reporting, and/or security   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Workday certification in any module - Experience with Workday reporting tools, including custom report writing and dashboards - Familiarity with Workday security configuration and role-based permissions - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically ABOUT HINGE HEALTH At Hinge Health, we’re using technology to scale and automate the delivery of healthcare – starting with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, which affect over 1.7 billion people worldwide.
