About the Role As Welding Quality Manager, you will take ownership of welding quality across the business, ensuring robust governance, ISO 3834 compliance, and continuous improvement across internal operations and subcontract partners. You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, project, procurement, supplier, and certification stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive practical quality improvements.
