From repairing worn parts to fabricating and assembling components, your days will be hands-on, varied, and rewarding. Skill level is assessed by the hiring manager during the in-person interview. Excellent benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision & more Generous Paid Time Off: Accrue two weeks of PTO during your first year 401K with company match Employee referral program Employee assistance program As a Welder, you will: Weld, repair, and fabricate used equipment as needed Maintain a safe and organized workspace Take initiative and complete tasks independently Perform other welding-related tasks as assigned What qualifications are we looking for? Strong hands-on welding and fabrication experience Experience repairing used equipment Must have your own tools, including a welding helmet Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance Must pass a DOT physical including drug screening Comfortable working in small or tight spaces We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
