We are currently looking for Warranty Specialist , the details Job responsibilities as below: 👤 Who You Are: You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in automotive after-sales or warranty management. You are capable of balancing operational efficiency, compliance, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-growing international environment. You will be part of the Europe team and report to the After-Sales Management. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 1. Warranty Policy & Standards Management Develop and continuously optimize regional warranty policies, service terms, and manuals in compliance with local regulations and brand standards. Establish standardized SOPs across the dealer network and manage labor reimbursement and pricing policies to ensure fairness and compliance. 2. Warranty Claims Management & Compliance Oversee end-to-end warranty claims processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Conduct remote and on-site audits, identify deviations or fraud risks, and handle complex or disputed cases. 3. Financial Management & Cost Control Manage regional warranty budgets and forecasts based on vehicle parc and quality trends. Track key KPIs such as cost per vehicle and claim frequency, identify risks, and coordinate cost recovery actions with headquarters. 4. Quality Feedback & Continuous Improvement Analyze warranty data to identify quality trends and establish early warning mechanisms. Provide structured feedback to R&D and technical teams, and support root cause analysis and improvement actions. Participate in recalls and service campaigns. 5. Training & Cross-functional Collaboration Train dealers on warranty policies, systems, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with after-sales, finance, legal, sales teams, and headquarters to align warranty strategy with business objectives. 6. System & Process Optimization Work with IT teams to enhance warranty systems and processes, improve efficiency, and support system rollout and adoption. 7. Other Tasks Complete additional tasks assigned by management. 💼 What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales or warranty management (European experience preferred) Strong analytical, coordination, and project management skills Familiar with EU automotive regulations and service standards Fluent in English; additional European language(s) are a plus Strong teamwork, communication, and customer-oriented mindset Experience in warranty and parts management is preferred Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and compliance requirements is a plus Experience in complaint handl
