AlBorg Diagnostics is on the lookout for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling of medical supplies and equipment. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading a team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless supply chain operations in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching items. Ensure accurate and timely receiving of goods, including verification of quantities and inspection of quality. Maintaining stock in main, sub, area store not exceeding approved quantity Review the availability of each item to ensure that the stock is enough to cover its consumption Ensure all received goods meet the required standards and specifications. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity and safety of stored items. Maintain accurate documentation for his warehouse transactions and activities. Performing periodic inventory by physically counting and making sure that it's matching with system Requirements Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred. 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and supply chain processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouse operations. Previous experience in medical laboratories warehouse Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamic 365 software
