You can learn more about us at  www.riversidenaturalfoods.com .   Position Summary/Objective:  Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods (FG) in a food‑manufacturing environment. Oversee inbound and outbound activities—timely receiving, dock‑to‑stock, put‑away, picking, staging, and shipping—while maintaining safety, GMP compliance, and high inventory accuracy in support of production schedules. Drive team performance using WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel, publish KPIs, and deliver continuous improvement across space, flow, and service. 1       Primary Responsibilities: 1.1       Safety & Compliance Champion a safety‑first culture; conduct safety talks, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Ensure GMP/food safety and regulatory compliance; lead warehouse readiness for internal/external audits. Inbound, Outbound & FG Execution Plan and manage receiving, dock scheduling, dock‑to‑stock, put‑away, replenishment, picking, staging, and shipment of FG. Maintain flow discipline (segregation, labeling, traceability) and right‑first‑time quality at each step. Inventory Control & Traceability Own cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation; sustain high inventory accuracy. Ensure accurate WMS/ERP transactions for RM/PK/FG movements and complete, auditable documentation. 1.2       Equipment & Licensing Oversee safe operation and maintenance of forklifts, reach trucks, and other MHE; verify operator certifications and training. 1.3       Data, KPI & Reporting Monitor/publish KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, fill rate, dock‑to‑stock time, cycle‑count completion). Analyze trends and drive corrective actions; implement CI projects to improve service, quality, and cost. People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop associates; provide performance feedback and skills training on SOPs/equipment. Promote engagement, teamwork, and professional communication across shifts; ensure disciplined handovers. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Production, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Engineering to align priorities and remove bottlenecks.
