About the Role
This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced fulfillment environment and enjoys building strong, reliable processes and teams. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will own day-to-day warehouse operations — people, processes, inventory, and compliance — while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality across all workflows. If you've led teams in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution centre and want to bring that operational rigour to a growing healthcare company where your decisions carry real weight, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
- You will collaborate closely with pharmacy operations, shipping, and leadership teams to maintain high-quality standards and support the growth of our mail-order pharmacy operations.
- Own daily warehouse operations end to end — receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Lead, coach, train, and schedule warehouse staff to drive productivity, accuracy, and engagement, supporting hiring and development as the team grows.
- Set and monitor performance metrics (throughput, accuracy, on-time fulfillment) and continuously improve workflows and SOPs against them.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations, and system controls.
- Forecast and order shipping supplies, ensuring cold chain materials — including frozen gel packs and insulated packaging — are prepped and ready ahead of daily shipping needs.
- Ensure compliance with Health Canada requirements and internal quality standards while championing a clean, safe, organized warehouse.
- Manage vendor relationships and delivery timelines for warehousing, shipping, and supply partners, identifying efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including a powered stacker, and ensure team members are trained on safe use.
- This is an active, hands-on leadership role. Expect regular time on the floor — lifting, moving packages, sorting shipments, handling inventory — with continuous physical activity and time on your feet.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse or fulfillment leadership — Area Manager, Shift Manager, Operations Supervisor, or equivalent in a high-volume fulfillment centre (e.g., Amazon or similar e-commerce/3PL operations) strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading teams of associates in a metrics-driven or regulated environment.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse technology (WMS, scanners, cycle counts).
- Track record of process improvement — building SOPs, raising accuracy, or driving throughput gains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supply forecasting or materials planning experience in a fulfillment setting.
- Experience operating powered material handling equipment (stacker
