Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Specialist you will be responsible for integral duties related to the transport and receipt of Electreon parts and products. Further duties include basic warehouse and inventory functions, proper handling of products, and the ability to maintain and manipulate documentation for record keeping. What you'll do:
Confirm and process shipments promptly
Document all shipments from customers, vendors, and contract manufacturers
Adept interdepartmental communication and follow-up
Schedule and trace domestic and international shipments
Manipulate packaging for product and prototype shipments
Assist with inventory-related functions including cycle counts, audits, requisitions, and systems upkeep
Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure policy and procedural compliance
Aid in export and import compliance
Receive and verify all incoming packages and deliver to employees
Maintain adequate inventory of shipping materials and supplies
Accept, inspect, and document freight deliveries, and coordinate movement with appropriate parties
Safe use of pallet jacks, ladders, power drills, and other shop tools
Assist in meticulous data maintenance and manipulation in Microsoft Excel and database software
What you'll need:
S., Business, Logistics or similar area
2-3 years of shipping and receiving experience, including export and import for both domestic and international shipments
Knowledge of lookup functions and table manipulation in Microsoft Excel; Diligent data maintenance is paramount in this role
Demonstrate the ability to self-start, swiftly solve problems, and ask questions
Exhibit the capacity to work well with others while handling multiple issues simultaneously
Maintain composure under pressure in a rapidly-evolving environment
Must be able to safely lift loads up to 50 pounds with rotation
Must be able to navigate our warehouse spaces and reach items both high and low
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with domestic and international shipping terminology
Experience in documentation
Able to demonstrate attention to detail
Forklift Operator certification strongly preferred
