About the Role Our Warehouse Shrinkwrappers play a critical role in ensuring our products are prepared with precision, care, and consistency before they reach our customers. Warehouse Shrinkwrappers help maintain our high-quality standards by accurately counting, packaging, and protecting products so they are ready for distribution. We provide training and opportunities for advancement for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn. Responsibilities Accurately count and package products into standard bundle quantities (e.g., 25, 50, 100) Operate shrink-wrapping equipment safely and efficiently Inspect products and finished packages for accuracy, quality, and proper wrapping Label and organize packaged products according to established standards Proactively address errors, shortages, or quality concerns with supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet daily production and quality goals as part of a team Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed Requirements Requirements & Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Basic English communication skills sufficient to perform job duties Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions required Ability to accurately count and follow written or verbal instructions Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required   Schedule & Compensation Full-time, up to 40 hours per week Hourly rate: $16.00-$17.00 Day, night, weekend, and overtime shifts may be available Schedule: 8am – 4:30pm Work Location: Onsite in East Syracuse, NY Benefits Why Join Us?
