We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operator to join our team in a role with a strong focus on improving stock accuracy and optimizing warehouse processes. This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a dynamic environment, takes ownership naturally, and is comfortable combining day-to-day warehouse operations with improvement projects. About the role In this position, you will be responsible for both the operational flow within the warehouse and several key improvement initiatives. You will play an important role in creating more reliable inventory data, improving process discipline, and helping the organization prepare for upcoming changes such as ERP and barcode implementation. You will work closely with other departments and take initiative when things are incomplete or unclear. This role requires someone who sees what needs to be done, communicates easily, and acts independently. Key responsibilities Improve stock accuracy through a structured stock counting process Lead slow-moving inventory analysis and clean-up activities Set up and maintain an incoming goods inspection process Support the implementation of barcoding across all parts Help prepare the warehouse for the implementation of Odoo 19 Support the setup of a bin location system Manage core warehouse activities, including: goods receiving booking in items checking incoming goods warehouse management stock management inventory analysis and reporting creating and handling packing lists scanning items into the ERP system Communicate effectively with other departments such as R&D Take ownership of incomplete or unclear issues and follow up independently Your first months at Vitestro Updating and cleaning stock data Supporting barcode scanning implementation Organizing an inspection process Contributing to ERP implementation Exploring or improving systems such as Kanban This is what your success looks like turning a busy warehouse environment into an accurate, controlled, and scalable operation - while keeping the daily flow running.
