Job Duties
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operations, monitoring KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, lead time, and service levels.
Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, operators, and administrative staff, ensuring optimal workforce planning, scheduling, and performance.
Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance, leading incident investigations and preventive actions.
Oversee inventory control, including discrepancy resolution, damage management, and storage optimization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, KPI reporting, claims handling, and SLA management.
Control operational costs, including labor, equipment, consumables, and vendor expenses, while identifying productivity improvements.
Drive projects such as warehouse relocations, layout redesigns, new customer onboarding, and operational expansions, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control)
Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Understanding of warehouse equipment operations (forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Customer-service oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities
Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
Professional working proficiency in Korean and English
