Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team at our Stafford, Texas location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling, labeling, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to follow warehouse processes accurately. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and shipments. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders accurately. Load and unload containers, pallets, boxes, and warehouse supplies. Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and cycle counts. Maintain proper stock placement and ensure items are stored correctly. Support returns handling and ensure returned items are checked and processed properly. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Assist team members and supervisors with day-to-day operational tasks as required. Requirements Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes or warehouse items. Basic understanding of inventory, packing, and warehouse processes. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Basic communication skills in English. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Ability to lift warehouse items as required. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Preferred Skills Experience with order picking, packing, labeling, and stock handling. Basic computer or scanner knowledge. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. Previous experience in e-commerce or distribution warehouse operations is preferred.
