POSITION OVERVIEW We're seeking a VP Product to lead our product strategy and execution during a pivotal growth phase. This role requires a seasoned product leader who can operate as both a strategic visionary and hands-on executor in our fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll be responsible for driving product innovation across our threat intelligence platform while building and scaling our product organization. This role reports directly to the CEO and is a member of the executive leadership team. The VP Product will initially manage a lean but growing product team and will be responsible for scaling the organization as the company grows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES STRATEGIC PRODUCT LEADERSHIP - Define and execute comprehensive product strategy aligned with company vision and market opportunities - Own the product roadmap for our dual-use, AI-powered threat intelligence platform, balancing enterprise SaaS and DefenseTech requirements - Drive product-market fit initiatives across commercial and government sectors - Establish product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria that align with business objectives CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION - Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams to deliver on our product roadmap - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand enterprise customer needs and drive voice of the customer into product strategy and requirements - Interface with executive team and board on product performance, roadmap updates, and strategic initiatives - Collaborate with go-to-market focused members of the executive team to prepare competitive analysis and market positioning to maintain our differentiation in the threat intelligence space PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION - Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch - Drive innovation in our core platform areas: street-level threat analytics, AI-powered forecasting, risk scoring, and data visualization - Lead the development of new product lines and features focused on dual-use defense - Champion user experience and design thinking across all product initiatives TEAM BUILDING & LEADERSHIP - Build, mentor, and scale a lean but powerful product team including Product Managers, Product Designers, and QA - Establish product development processes, frameworks, and best practices for a high-growth environment across a dual use roadmap - Foster a culture of customer obsession, data-driven decision making, and rapid experimentation - Recruit top product talent and develop career growth paths for team members REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND - 10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years in senior product leadership roles - Deep experience in Enterprise SaaS with focus on geo-spatial, intelligence, or data analytics platforms - Proven track record in dual-use, DefenseTech, GovTech, intelligence, law enforcement, or serving governm
