Description
We are looking for an outcome-driven, visionary Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy, roadmap execution, and AI innovation initiatives. This role will own strategic direction for our product portfolio, drive measurable ARR growth across bookings, retention and adoption growth, and establish the foundation for next-generation agentic and AI-powered solutions. As a senior leader reporting to the CPO, you’ll partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver differentiated, high-value products at scale.
This role includes direct P&L responsibility for major product lines, positioning you at the forefront of our transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Vision
Define and execute a bold product vision aligned to company growth objectives, North Star metrics, and innovation goals.
Own multi-horizon planning to balance core ARR-driving products with emerging AI-first offerings.
Drive platform evolution, ensuring scalability, resilience, and speed in delivering customer value.
Serve as an external face of product strategy, presenting at industry events and publishing thought leadership in collaboration with marketing.
Technical Product Leadership
Navigate highly technical product decisions with fluency, including API architecture, platform infrastructure, and accessibility standards, where technical change often drives product direction as much as customer preference does.
Partner deeply with Engineering leadership to evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions, define technical product requirements, and ensure the product organization can hold its own in architecture and feasibility conversations.
Translate complex technical constraints and opportunities into coherent product strategy and customer-facing value.
Delivery Oversight and Operating Rigor
Serve as the execution backbone for the product organization: own operating cadences, hold teams accountable to commitments, and surface blockers before they become misses.
Drive the standard operating rhythms for assigned product lines including weekly forecast participation, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and half-year planning cycles.
Process Automation and Operational Efficiency
Lead the identification and execution of process automation opportunities, both in how Level Access delivers its platform and in how customers experience and use it.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to embed automation into core workflows, reducing manual effort and improving scalability of the accessibility compliance lifecycle.
Treat internal operational efficiency as a product problem: bring the same rigor and outcomes orientation to internal tooling and workflow design as to external product development.
P&L and Portfolio Management
Own the product portfolio's financial performance, including pricing strategy, margin optimization, and resource allocation.
Make data-driven decisions to prioritize investments across new capabilities, compliance infrastructure, and headless and agentic solutions.
AI and Emerging Solutions
Oversee AI-led transformation initiatives and lead integration of automation into products.
Partner with the Head of AI Innovation to rapidly experiment, validate, and commercialize AI-driven solutions.
Cross-Functional Alignment and GTM Support
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
Ensure product positioning and feature differentiation are clearly communicated and embedded into revenue mo
