Responsibilities:   -Administer and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines. -Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues. -Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as patching, upgrades, and security hardening. -Troubleshoot and resolve virtualization-related issues. -Implement and manage VMware HA and DRS clusters for high availability and resource optimization. -Manage vSAN clusters, including provisioning storage, configuring storage policies, and monitoring performance. -Utilize virtualization migration tools for seamless VM migrations. -Implement and manage Veeam backup and recovery solutions, including failover testing and disaster recovery planning. -Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the virtual infrastructure. -Document system configurations and procedures. Requirements 2-5 years of experience as a VMware System Administrator. -Strong understanding of VMware vSphere architecture and components. -Hands-on experience with ESXi, vCenter Server, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and DRS. -Experience with vSAN cluster management and configuration. -Proficiency in using virtualization migration tools. -Experience with Veeam backup and recovery solutions, including failover and disaster recovery. Knowledge with Nutanix administration. Knowledge of VxRail infrastructure. VMware certifications (e.g., VCP)
