We are seeking a  Visual Designer (Production Design)  to support global marketing initiatives by creating brand-aligned visual assets across digital and print formats. This role requires strong production design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality assets within structured design systems and tight timelines. Key Responsibilities Visual Asset Production : Design and produce digital and print content including ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and collateral. Brand Consistency : Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure compliance and accessibility. Production-Ready Deliverables : Deliver assets based on templates with minimal creative input, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads. Collaboration : Work closely with creative leads and offshore teams to manage high-volume deliverables.   Must-have Skills 5–6 years of experience in  visual or graphic design  in production environments. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field. English level:  B2 Advanced or C1 . Proficiency in  Adobe Creative Suite  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with digital, print, and editorial formats. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides. Basic understanding of  accessibility and inclusive design principles . Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.   Nice-to-have AI Tooling Proficiency : Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation, and recommend effective AI use in workflows. Experience with  content management platforms  (e.g., AEM). Familiarity with  collaborative design platforms  such as Figma. Experience in regulated industries (financial, pharma, legal).
