We provide Residential and End of Tenancy cleaning across the UK. We’re hiring a Virtual Sales Advisor to manage remote sales and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The Role: You’ll advise clients, recommend services, and maintain strong client relationships remotely. Key Responsibilities: Convert warm leads into bookings. Recommend suitable cleaning services. Maintain accurate CRM records. Consistently meet monthly sales targets. What We Offer: R8,000 base + commission (OTE R25,000/month). Fully remote role. 40 days paid leave annually. Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets. Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data. Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively. Own reliable laptop/desktop.
