The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of video editing techniques. You will be responsible for crafting compelling video content for a variety of platforms, working on projects for some of the world's most iconic brands. What You’ll Do   Edit video footage to create engaging and impactful narratives, ensuring alignment with the creative brief and client objectives. Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, art directors, and other team members throughout the production process. Perform post-production tasks, including color correction, audio mixing, sound design, and adding special effects. Work with various video formats and resolutions, optimizing content for different platforms (e.g., social media, broadcast, web). Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video editing. Manage project timelines and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Conduct thorough quality control checks to identify and resolve any technical issues or errors. Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute innovative ideas to enhance video content. Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows. What You’ll Need    Bachelor’s degree in film, Video Production, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in an agency setting. Strong proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with motion graphics and animation. Excellent visual storytelling skills and a strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and composition. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A reel showcasing your best work is required. Specify how to submit reel (e.g., link in application, online portfolio) Knowledge of different video codecs and compression techniques. Familiarity with audio editing and mixing software.
