Description
UX Designer  Type: Full-time Reports to: Head of Product Preferred location: Budapest (HU), Cluj Napoca (RO),  Constanța  (RO), Miskolc (HU), Liberec (CZ), Lublin (PL), Warsaw (PL). Hybrid or Remote work options available, with remote work occasional office presence required. We’re looking for a UX Designer to help us rebuild services serving thousands of travelers and partners across Central and Eastern Europe. As part of a cross-functional team in a fast-moving online travel agency, you’ll lead design initiatives that directly shape our development. Then you’ll be responsible for facilitating implementation end-to-end ensuring these changes drive real impact. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery and planning through execution and stakeholder presentations Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify business and user needs and prioritize opportunities Translate data, surveys, and market benchmarks into designs ready to implementation by our internal development team and advocate for your solutions throughout the product development cycle Support a culture of research and continuous learning across teams Communicate your propositions clearly to stakeholders at all levels, adapting formats to audience needs 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UX design, preferably in OTA digital products or online services, or min. 1 year UX design experience in a B2C e-commerce environment Proven track record in creating already implemented designs for online services Please include a link to your portfolio or 1-2 case studies demonstrating your designs Experience managing end-to-end design projects—from scoping and implementing to presentation and facilitation of development Basic knowledge in analyzing quantitative data Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to build trust and influence decisions Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, able to work independently and cross-functionally in an agile environment Fluent in English; additional languages from the CEE region are a plus Be part of one of the leading travel-tech companies in the region Work on products used by millions of travelers Collaborate with talented and supportive colleagues Hybrid working model with flexibility Opportunity to make a visible impact on product strategy and business results Competitive compensation and benefits package
