UTILIZATION MANAGER – NEW MEXICO CLINIC   Finni Health is seeking a driven Utilization Manager to join our fast-growing New Mexico clinic. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality care for our clients by managing a team of schedulers to maximize authorized hours—helping children and families receive the ABA therapy services they need.   What You’ll Do:   - Lead and manage the scheduling team to ensure efficient use of authorized ABA therapy hours for each client - Monitor scheduling workflows and optimize processes to hit target utilization rates - Analyze data on scheduled versus authorized hours, and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate closely with clinicians, BCBAs, and support staff to proactively address scheduling roadblocks - Communicate regularly with families and staff to close gaps between authorized and delivered hours - Train, coach, and support schedulers to meet and exceed utilization goals - Implement tools, best practices, and reporting systems to streamline scheduling operations   Who You Are:   - 2+ years of experience in healthcare scheduling, utilization management, or a related role - Experience working with ABA therapy, behavioral health, or similar clinical environments is a plus - Strong organizational, leadership, and data-analysis skills - Excellent communicator—able to work efficiently with internal teams and families - Problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Passionate about making a difference for kids and families in New Mexico   Why Join Finni Health?   - Be part of a mission-driven team transforming behavioral health care - Help ensure New Mexico families receive the life-changing services they need - Grow alongside one of the fastest-scaling companies in the field   If you’re ready to lead with impact and drive better outcomes for our clients, we want to hear from you.
