We are looking for an experienced Upwork Specialist to help us grow our presence on Upwork, generate qualified leads, and win new software development projects. Responsibilities - Manage and optimize our Upwork profile and positioning - Search for relevant projects in software development, AI, staff augmentation, and dedicated teams - Write highly personalized proposals tailored to client needs - Identify opportunities aligned with our ICP (startups, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, AI-driven companies) - Maintain a consistent bidding strategy and pipeline - Work closely with the marketing/sales team to refine messaging and positioning - Track proposal performance and optimize conversion Requirements - Proven experience managing Upwork accounts for IT services/software development companies - Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services - Excellent English writing skills - Experience writing personalized, high-converting proposals (not generic templates) - Ability to identify qualified leads and understand client technical requirements - Strong research and communication skills - Experience with Upwork agency accounts is a plus Nice to Have - Experience working with software agencies - Understanding of AI/ML, SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, or startup ecosystems Success Metrics - Qualified meetings booked - Proposal response rate - Upwork profile growth and visibility - Revenue opportunities generated What We Offer - Remote work from wherever you are in Europe - A great team: collaborative, international, and genuinely fun to work with; no micromanagement, just people who get things done - Time off: 18 days of paid vacation + 7 days of paid sick leave - 1:1 English Classes: individual sessions to keep your communication sharp - Equipment provided: everything you need to do the job well - Cooperation via Deel: get paid in one click with 20+ withdrawal options
