Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Unit Head – Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of a multi-specialty healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end hospital operations including OPD, IPD, admissions, billing, discharge, and patient services. Ensure exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns, improving feedback scores, and maintaining service excellence. Drive operational efficiency, quality standards, accreditation compliance, and patient safety initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams, manage departmental performance, and ensure seamless coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments. Monitor facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, and overall hospital administration. Analyze operational metrics, implement process improvements, and drive cost optimization initiatives. Support business growth through new partnerships, insurance collections, digital marketing coordination, and revenue enhancement initiatives. Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, staffing, performance management, and continuous improvement programs. Requirements MBA / MHA in Hospital Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of hospital operations experience, including leadership and team management responsibilities. Strong understanding of hospital workflows, patient care processes, quality standards, and healthcare compliance. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and people leadership skills. Proficiency in hospital management systems and MS Office.
