ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:  Create intuitive user experiences by transforming concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Facilitate digital product development through research, conception, ideation, prototyping, and supporting user testing of digital product experiences. Identify design problems and devise user-centric solutions. Present designs to stakeholders and non-technical audiences. Advocate for the user and human-centered design methods among clients and internal teams. Collaborate with UX researchers, product leads, engineers, scrum master's and program stakeholders to create and implement a shared product vision. Ask intelligent inquiries, take calculated risks, and champion innovative concepts. Implement the U.S. Digital Service Playbook and U.S. Web Design Standards' guiding principles. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  At least eight years of experience as a UX designer on product teams in a professional environment Experience designing solutions within complex service environments Proficient in UX/UI prototyping tools (preferably Figma). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Experience working in agile development environments Knowledge of Web Accessibility Standards and (preferably Section 508 experience) Ability to work independently and produce excellent results despite technical limitations and time constraints A portfolio to showcase a sharp eye for detail, robust design process, and visual aesthetics. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  Experience in government, healthcare and/or insurance domains Familiarity with Pega design systems Experience with CMS Marketplace eligibility and appeal processing Experience with contact center operations Experience with case management workflows EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or Higher WHAT WE OFFER:  At Sparksoft, we know that people do their best work when they feel supported, inspired, and connected.
