Collaborate with the graphic design team to integrate visual elements into UI designs. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices. Analyze usability test results and implement improvements to enhance user experience. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers. Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Accessibility Integration: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines. Implement inclusive design practices to enhance usability for diverse user groups. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies. Integrate innovative and best practices into design processes. Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design system components. Provide detailed design specifications for development teams. Requirements A minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services. A portfolio of design projects that showcase your skills and design process. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wireframing tools. Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
