What You’ll Do Serve as a key member of the Demonstration Team, supporting UAV demonstrations, deployments, and operational showcases across multiple countries Operate fixed-wing UAV systems during customer demonstrations, test flights, and field operations Maintain continuous demonstration readiness, ensuring aircraft, payloads, ground control stations, and support equipment are fully tested and mission-ready Support flight preparation activities including mission planning, airspace coordination, weather assessment, system validation, and operational risk analysis Perform launch, flight, and recovery operations in manual, assisted, and autonomous modes Operate ground control stations, telemetry systems, datalinks, and mission communication systems Support EO/IR and surveillance payload operations during demonstrations and operational missions Conduct troubleshooting, field maintenance, and technical support activities during deployments Work closely with engineering and flight test teams to support aircraft validation and continuous performance improvement Maintain accurate flight logs, operational reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation Ensure compliance with flight safety standards and applicable UAV regulations during VLOS and BVLOS operations Participate in advanced operational UAV training in Ukraine to continuously develop tactical, technical, and operational capabilities Support demonstration campaigns and operational deployments across multiple international locations, maintaining flexibility to operate wherever mission requirements demand Requirements What You’ll Need Minimum 5 years of experience operating fixed-wing UAV systems in military, aerospace, defense, or flight test environments Military background is required, preferably within aviation, reconnaissance, UAV operations, artillery, intelligence, special operations, or other operational military environments Strong engineering understanding with the ability to work effectively alongside aerospace and technical teams Hands-on experience operating ground control stations, telemetry systems, mission software, and UAV communication architectures Strong understanding of UAV avionics, electronics, datalinks, and flight systems Experience operating UAVs in both manual and autonomous fligh
