Gap International has experience in every major industry sector, including manufacturing, retail, energy, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, telecommunications, and financial services   ABOUT THE ROLE Gap International is seeking a Travel & Operations Coordinator to join the Operations Team that manages scheduling and travel logistics for the consultants that work face-to-face with our corporate clients. This high-visibility role requires someone who can bring calm and certainty to solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment, serving as a trusted operational partner to senior leaders and traveling consultants. The successful candidate will be a travel professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience planning and booking domestic and international travel arrangements. GDS experience is a must (Sabre preferred).   RESPONSIBILITIES Travel & Logistics Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel for consultants and client-facing teams Coordinate complex itineraries, last-minute changes, and time-sensitive needs Serve as primary contact for travel disruptions and resolve issues in real time Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with policies and budgets Track costs, reconcile expenses, and identify efficiency opportunities Operations & Coordination Support planning for client engagements, internal programs, and off-site meetings Coordinate calendars and logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones Partner with consulting, finance, and administrative teams for seamless execution Maintain accurate records and continuously improve processes and tools Communication & Stakeholder Support Act as a trusted operational partner to senior leaders and consultants Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners Handle confidential information with discretion   REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree Preferred 5-10 years in travel coordination, operations, or logistics-heavy roles GDS (Global Distribution System) experience is crucial, Sabre experience is a plus.
