Description
Introduction  The Pepperstone story started in 2010. We know what it’s like to trade the world’s markets. Our team describes us as a place for the curious and the driven, and we like to do things a little differently; as a transformative global fintech we’re digital, nimble, connected, and united in our vision to create a better way to trade.    We thrive on progress – for our clients and for ourselves. Our organisational culture is ever-evolving, vibrant, diverse, global and results focused.    You’ll find our 700+ team currently across 12 locations and 9 time zones.  The Role We are looking for a hands‑on Transformation Lead to help turn strategy into action across Pepperstone with an initial focus on our AI‑Native transformation. This is an execution‑focused role where you will sit at the intersection of strategy technology and the business. You will help translate strategy into structure, align delivery across multiple areas and remove blockers before they impact outcomes. While the role is embedded primarily within Technology it supports transformation initiatives across the broader organisation and requires close collaboration with People & Culture, business leaders and external partners. This is not a people‑management role. It is ideal for someone who blends experience across transformation, delivery, product management, business analysis, facilitation and who thrives in ambiguity. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a possibility of extension. As our Transformation Lead, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of transformation workstreams, starting with the AI-Native Transformation program. Translate strategic objectives into structured delivery plans with clear milestones, owners and success measures. Proactively identify risks, dependencies and blockers. Finding resolution pathways before they impact delivery. Decompose complex, ambiguous problems into clearly scoped, actionable components that teams can execute against. Coordinate across internal teams (Technology, Change, People & Culture, business units) and external partners (strategy, delivery, training) to maintain alignment and momentum. Develop and maintain transformation artefacts including roadmaps, status reporting, RACI frameworks and decision logs. Support the selection, onboarding and ongoing management of external transformation partners across strategy, execution and capability uplift. Facilitate workshops, working sessions and stakeholder forums with an adapting style and depth for technical and non-technical audiences. Track adoption, value realisation and transformation health metrics, surfacing insights to leadership. Contribute to broader Business Management & Transformation activities, including delivery governance, financial transparency and operational improvement across Technology. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation and learning across the teams and workstreams you support. About You You are comfortable creating structure where little exists and driving outcomes in fast‑moving environments. Essential experience: 5+ years in transformation delivery business analysis or product roles ideally in technology or fintech environments Personal adoption of AI tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or CoPilot, with a clear understanding of how AI creates value Familiarity with enterprise AI concepts, including agentic workflows, AI governance, adoption measurement and workforce impact Strong experience defining value benefits and outcomes with business teams Proven ability to drive work autonomously anticipate issues and act before escalation Experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives across technology business and change teams Working knowledge
